    海洋哺乳動(dòng)物與海洋生物聲學(xué)研究室

    中國科學(xué)院深??茖W(xué)與工程研究所“海洋哺乳動(dòng)物與海洋生物聲學(xué)研究室”最初成立于2012年底,是深海所最早成立的科研團隊,于2014年批準成為三亞市重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室,并于20198月正式成為研究所下屬的獨立研究室。研究室以中國-東盟海域的小型齒鯨、深潛和遠海鯨類(lèi)等海洋哺乳動(dòng)物為主要研究對象,開(kāi)展海洋哺乳動(dòng)物生物聲學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、演化和保護生物學(xué)等方面的研究工作。作為海洋生態(tài)系統的旗艦動(dòng)物和指示性生物,海洋哺乳動(dòng)物具有極高的生態(tài)和保護價(jià)值,同時(shí)也具有很高的研究?jì)r(jià)值,甚至政治、文化及軍事價(jià)值。

    近年來(lái),既面向南海海洋環(huán)境和海洋生態(tài)保護等國家重大需求,又瞄準海洋哺乳動(dòng)物和海洋生態(tài)研究前沿,開(kāi)展了南海鯨類(lèi)等海洋哺乳動(dòng)物物種多樣性、遺傳多樣性、聲學(xué)多樣性等研究,探索了部分海洋哺乳動(dòng)物受脅狀態(tài)、環(huán)境適應特征與演化機制,取得了以下創(chuàng )新性進(jìn)展:(1)揭示物種多樣性,建立國際上首個(gè)南海海洋哺乳動(dòng)物物種數據庫,填補了國際上南海深潛及遠海鯨類(lèi)認知空白;(2)解析遺傳多樣性,揭示海洋哺乳動(dòng)物存在特定功能基因一致性改變的趨同演化分子機制,提出了“海洋哺乳動(dòng)物限制熱量散失的體溫調節策略”假說(shuō);(3)破譯聲學(xué)特征多樣性,突破海洋復雜噪聲環(huán)境中鯨類(lèi)聲信號精確識別技術(shù),建立了南海鯨類(lèi)聲學(xué)觀(guān)測和保護理論與技術(shù)體系,并成功開(kāi)展了大空間和長(cháng)時(shí)間尺度的鯨類(lèi)聲學(xué)觀(guān)測應用以及基于船舶航速和距離管理的聲學(xué)保護應用,提出了“當地生態(tài)認知-目視-聲學(xué)”相結合的整合式鯨類(lèi)生態(tài)研究新范式。研究工作為掌握海洋哺乳動(dòng)物環(huán)境適應性、趨同演化分子機制以及我國南海海域海洋哺乳動(dòng)物多樣性狀況提供了科學(xué)證據和新認知,推動(dòng)了相關(guān)的地學(xué)、生物學(xué)、聲學(xué)等研究交叉融合,促進(jìn)了海洋生物多樣性和海洋生態(tài)學(xué)科的發(fā)展。在Science, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS), Biological Conservation, Science of the Total Environment, iScience, Marine Mammal Science, Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, Molecular Ecology Resources, Ecological Indicators, Journal of Experimental Biology, Integrative Zoology, Applied Physics Letters, Ecological Informatics, Journal of Mammalogy等頂級綜合期刊或經(jīng)典專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊發(fā)表了一系列SCI收錄論文。

    海洋哺乳動(dòng)物與海洋生物聲學(xué)研究室目前共有21名成員,其中,在職職工9名(8名具有博士學(xué)位),包括研究員1名,副研究員3名,助理研究員3名(法國籍1名),博士后1名,研究助理1名;在讀碩士/博士研究生12名。2012年至今,研究室共承擔科研項目65項,其中國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)專(zhuān)項課題3項,國家自然基金委項目7項。


    Marine Mammal and Marine Bioacoustics Laboratory was firstly founded at the end of 2012 as the earliest scientific research team in the Institute of Deep-sea Science and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, when Prof./Dr. LI Songhai joined the institute, and became an independent laboratory in August 2019. The research subjects include small toothed whales, deep-diving whales and pelagic whales in the China – ASEAN waters. Our primary research fields include but are not limited to bioacoustics, ecology, behavior, and evolution of marine mammals. We work on sound production, hearing and noise effect, visual and passive acoustic survey, evolution and conservation of aquatic mammals. The researches of our laboratory involve noise and?high-frequency?bio-sound recording and analysis,?ecological surveys by using both visual observation and passive acoustic monitoring methods, auditory evoked potential recording by using ABR technology, underwater bio-sound detection, photo-ID, whole-genome sequencing and analysis, and so on.?

    In recent years, our laboratory has mainly reached the following scientific achievements: (a) disclosed the vocalization characteristics/biological sonar vocalization mechanism and environmental adaptability of acoustic signals of small dolphins, such as Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins (i.e., Chinese white dolphins),and developed passive acoustic monitoring on cetaceans in the South China Sea; (b) preliminarily disclosed the species composition, distribution patterns and threat factors of marine mammals in the northern South China Sea, and recorded the presence of Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins in waters southwest of Hainan Island, and sperm whales and other deep-diving and off-shore cetaceans in the northern South China Sea; (c) preliminarily disclosed the geographical pattern and population relationship of the Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin population in Chinese waters; (d) disclosed the phylogenetic evolution of some marine mammal species and the adaptive evolution of their aquatic life, biosonar and deep-diving behaviors.

    At present, the Marine Mammal and Marine Bioacoustics Laboratory consists of a total of 21 people including both staff and students.

    2002年本科畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2007年研究生(碩博連讀)畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所,獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。此后,曾先后在美國和新加坡從事多年研究工作。

    2002年攻讀研究生起,一直致力于海洋哺乳動(dòng)物研究工作,取得了原創(chuàng )性成果,建立了海洋哺乳動(dòng)物多樣性-適應演化-生物聲學(xué)交叉融合的研究體系。研究成果主要以論文的形式發(fā)表在Science, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS), Biological Conservation, Science of the Total Environment, iScience, Marine Mammal Science, Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, Molecular Ecology Resources, Ecological Indicators, Journal of Experimental Biology, Integrative Zoology, Applied Physics Letters, Ecological Informatics, Journal of Mammalogy等頂級綜合期刊或經(jīng)典專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊。自2005年以來(lái),已發(fā)表SCI收錄論文100余篇。

    張培君,博士,研究員,博士生導師,中科院青促會(huì )會(huì )員

    本科就讀于中國海洋大學(xué),研究生就讀于中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所,丹麥哥本哈根大學(xué)生態(tài)與進(jìn)化組訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者。從事海洋哺乳動(dòng)物繁殖生物學(xué)、保護遺傳學(xué)及組學(xué)相關(guān)研究:


    1. 從事以人工條件下飼養的以海洋哺乳動(dòng)物為主的珍稀物種種群管理、人工繁殖為目的一系列保護性研究。研究?jì)热萆婕胺N群管理、動(dòng)物健康監測、親子鑒定、繁殖內分泌學(xué)、乳汁營(yíng)養學(xué)等方面的研究。

    2. 從事海洋哺乳動(dòng)物種群遺傳多樣性和地理系統進(jìn)化研究,以及古氣候驅動(dòng)下的海洋哺乳動(dòng)物群體演化研究。

    3. 通過(guò)比較基因組學(xué)手段和腸道微生物組學(xué)手段開(kāi)展海洋哺乳動(dòng)物水環(huán)境適應機制研究。

    林明利,博士,副研究員,碩士生導師

    2013年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所(碩博連讀),先后于2016和2023年在法國Université Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier和英國University College London從事為期一年的博士后和訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者研究工作。致力于海洋哺乳動(dòng)物生態(tài)研究和保護工作,通過(guò)整合本地生態(tài)信息-野外調查-生態(tài)模型方法,了解南海海洋哺乳動(dòng)物的生物多樣性水平、時(shí)空分布特征、瀕危水平和機制。近年來(lái)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注公民科學(xué)研究方法,特別是探索新興大數據科學(xué)在解決傳統生態(tài)學(xué)和保護生物學(xué)問(wèn)題中的應用。在Science (Letters)、Biological Conservation、Ecological Indicator和Integrative Zoology等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表SCI論文70余篇,相關(guān)成果得到中央電視臺、紐約時(shí)報、路透社、CNN和BBC等媒體報道。

    林文治,博士,副研究員,研究生導師


    2014年畢業(yè)于中山大學(xué),獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。于2007年至2019年先后在廣東省珠江口中華白海豚國家級自然保護區管理局擔任助理研究員、在香港大學(xué)擔任高級研究助理、在中山大學(xué)擔任副研究員。2019年4月入職中國科學(xué)院深??茖W(xué)與工程研究所,任副研究員。

    主要研究方向是鯨類(lèi)演化對環(huán)境變化的響應機制,包括人類(lèi)活動(dòng)造成的鯨類(lèi)種群的演化,以及古氣候和地理時(shí)間對現有鯨類(lèi)的分布、遺傳多樣性的空間結構形成的影響。過(guò)去十年對泛珠江口、雷州半島東側、廣西大風(fēng)江口、海南島西側海域中華白海豚構建超過(guò)3500頭中華白海豚個(gè)體數據。近期工作將針對這些地區的中華白海豚構建種群模型,并通過(guò)種群模型掌握不同種群的衰退機制。

    董黎君,博士,助理研究員


    2006年畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué),獲得理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2014年研究生(碩博連讀)畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所,獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2016年1月入職中國科學(xué)院深??茖W(xué)與工程研究所擔任助理研究員,2019年至今任特別研究助理。

    博士研究生期間主要從事長(cháng)江江豚被動(dòng)聲學(xué)考察研究,包括動(dòng)物種群現狀調查、活動(dòng)規律、棲息地選擇等研究工作。在中國科學(xué)院深??茖W(xué)與工程研究所任職期間,以海洋哺乳動(dòng)物生物信號為研究對象,主要研究方向為海洋哺乳動(dòng)物生物聲學(xué),保護生物學(xué)及生態(tài)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,研究?jì)热莅êQ蟛溉閯?dòng)物生物信號特征及規律,南海海洋哺乳動(dòng)物和環(huán)境的被動(dòng)聲學(xué)監測以及噪聲對海洋哺乳動(dòng)物的影響等方面,尤其是針對海南島西南海域中華白海豚開(kāi)展長(cháng)期的聲行為學(xué)和生態(tài)學(xué)相關(guān)的系統研究工作。目前已在海洋哺乳動(dòng)物領(lǐng)域知名期刊發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,其中第一作者8篇。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目,科技部國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃以及香港海洋公園項目等4項;參與中科院先導B類(lèi)項目課題1項,中國科學(xué)院國際合作局一帶一路專(zhuān)項課題1項,中國科學(xué)院海洋大科學(xué)研究中心重點(diǎn)部署項目1項,海南省重大科技計劃項目1項,以及其他各類(lèi)科研項目7項。擔任Frontier in Marine Science 期刊客座編輯,負責組織專(zhuān)刊以及其他多種期刊的審稿人。

    劉明明,博士,助理研究員,從事海洋哺乳動(dòng)物研究和保護工作,國際動(dòng)物學(xué)會(huì )(ISZS)和海洋哺乳動(dòng)物國際學(xué)會(huì )(SMM)成員。


    研究興趣包括行為生態(tài)學(xué)(Behavioral Ecology)、保護生物學(xué)(Conservation Biology)、生物地理學(xué)(Biogeography)及生物聲學(xué)(Bioacoustics)等。在Science, Biological Conservation, Animal Conservation, Deep-sea Research I, Marine Policy, Science of the Total Environment等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文40余篇?,F擔任Integrative Zoology青年編輯,10余種期刊的專(zhuān)業(yè)審稿人。目前重點(diǎn)開(kāi)展的研究計劃包括:我國南海深遠海鯨類(lèi)調查、基于生物信標技術(shù)的鯨類(lèi)追蹤監測、鯨類(lèi)擱淺救助響應機制及網(wǎng)絡(luò )建設、海洋環(huán)境污染對鯨類(lèi)潛在影響評估等。
